We have regular massages or massages from the time the baby is born. Massage is also considered very beneficial for elders. Massage helps a lot in maintaining proper blood circulation in the body. Five types of edible oils

Coconut oil
An oil that is evergreen and which is most commonly used. In addition to being used for hair and food (it is made differently and different from the oil applied), it is also used for massage. Coconut oil is very beneficial for both children and adults. Rich in Vitamin E, this oil has the power to cure many skin diseases. It has anti-bacterial properties. That’s why sometimes it is advisable to apply it on scratches or injuries too. It also helps in keeping the body hydrated. Along with this, it also contains anti-oxidants, which along with repairing the skin, also reduce the effect of age on the skin.
Mustard oil
This oil is also being used in Indian homes for years. Although mustard oil can be a bit heavy i.e. sticky, its viscosity reduces when used lukewarm and after taking a bath after massage. Anyway, the skin absorbs the oil during the massage. Mustard is especially beneficial in winters due to its properties. It helps to keep the body warm. It contains a type of omega-three fatty acids, due to which its use helps in reducing body pain and reducing inflammation. Apart from this, it is helpful in protecting the skin from infection, healing cracked heels, maintaining the glow of the skin.
Olive oil
This oil is also used especially for massaging babies and pregnant/child-bearing women. It is also believed to be helpful in healing the marks on the skin during pregnancy. Olive oil or olive oil contains omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids as well as elements like linoleic acid, which strengthen the skin. It also contains plenty of antioxidants, including vitamin E and vitamin K. If the skin of children is dry or suffering from any kind of problem, then definitely consult a doctor once before massaging with olive oil. Badam oil
This oil is considered to be rich in nutrition. Even so, almonds are full of many properties. Almond oil is especially beneficial in terms of brain health. It is a storehouse of many vitamins like A, D, E and K and minerals like magnesium, potassium, calcium. Due to this, it makes the skin glowing and healthy and is also helpful in eradicating stretch marks, repairing skin damage caused by ultraviolet rays, etc.
Sesame oil
This oil is mostly used by therapists for massage. Rich in minerals like magnesium, zinc, copper, calcium and manganese, this oil helps a lot in reducing pain. Research suggests that the use of sesame oil also helps in the secretion of hormones that are helpful in improving conditions like anxiety, depression, etc. and keeping the mind cheerful. On the other hand, copper is needed for the production of red blood cells in the body and this benefit also comes from the massage of this oil.
