Yoga Asanas for healthy skin and face
People adopt different methods to make their faces beautiful. From expensive skin products to treat, people resort to treatment, in which people spend thousands of rupees. To keep the skin healthy and beautiful, it is most important to stay healthy internally. Your blood circulation is very important for healthy and glowing skin. If you regularly add some yoga asanas to your routine, you can get glowing and healthy skin along with good health. Yoga helps in making our body as well as mind healthy. Our internal organs get a good massage when we practice yoga regularly. Our blood circulation gets better, due to which the parts of our body do their work in a better way. With better circulation of blood, the glow and radiance of your face will increase. There are some such yoga asanas for healthy skin and face, by which health is not only good, but your face also becomes radiant.

Dhanurasana
In this posture, the body comes in the shape of a bow, hence it is called Dhanush Vakrasana. During this asana, the complete body balance comes in the navel part, thus putting pressure on the stomach. By doing this asana, your digestive system improves. Apart from this, your blood flow is also good. Both these things are very important for your glowing and healthy skin. This removes the problems related to your skin.
Procedure
To do this asana, lie down comfortably on your stomach.
Hold ankles with hand and simultaneously bend legs from the knee.
Now in this position, slowly raise your head and legs up.
Inhaling bring the body in the shape of a bow.
After staying in this posture for 5 to 6 seconds, slowly come back to the resting position.
Yoga Mudrasana
During yoga asana, the body bends completely. This in turn result put pressure on the muscles of the abdominal. Moreover, the blood flow increase towards the head. By doing this yoga asana, your skin becomes healthy from the inside.
Procedure
First, you sit in Vajrasana or Padmasana. Keep the body straight and hands on the thighs.
Keep your body completely relaxed.
Extend your arms above the head and take them behind the back.
Grab the wrist of your left hand with your right hand.
Tilt your body forward and try to touch the head with the ground.
In this state, keep yourself completely relaxed and focus on your breath and full body.
