Experts say that the regulatory system of women’s bodies has been greatly affected during the Corona period, due to which they are facing various metabolic problems.
Experts say that due to hormonal imbalance in women, the problem of menopause, depression, thyroid, joint pain, etc. have also increased. Apart from this, their eyes are also getting weak and the biggest reason for this is watching TV for many hours continuously or using mobile and working on laptop. The biggest problem among women at this time is obesity and weight gain. Experts have always been saying that for good health, people need to control their weight and for this, a healthy and controlled diet is very important.

It is most important for women that apart from household chores, they should also pay attention to exercise and yoga etc. Actually, exercise is very important to keep metabolism under control. Apart from this, it is also important to get enough sleep and pay attention to mental health. Do not take stress at all, because stress leads to less sleep, more appetite and in such a situation, problems like weight gain arise.
