Bone Spur

In this, the bone of any part of the body starts growing. Like hands, shoulders, neck, heels, hips, etc. There is a bulge on the side where the bone grows. There is usually no problem when the bone grows, but when the pressure increases in the bones due to rubbing, then there is a feeling of stiffness and symptoms like pain, burning, etc.
When there is some kind of defect in the bone, which is repaired by the bone itself then bone spur occurred. During this compensation, the accumulated calcium accumulates more. There is repeated damage and repeated calcium deposits, due to which the bone keeps on growing. In most cases, the problem of bone growth is not known, but when an X-ray is done, it is found that the bone has grown.
