1. Neem Leaves and Honey

Consumption of honey also removes the weakness of the body. You can use honey and neem leaves together for problems during the monsoon. - First of all, extract the juice of some clean and green leaves of neem.

- Grate the onion in a grater and extract its pulp.

3. Milk and Honey

Consumption of honey and lemon is considered a panacea for health. Its consumption is beneficial in many problems. From reducing weight to increasing the immunity of the body, the consumption of honey and lemon is beneficial. You can consume honey and lemon to boost the body’s immunity during the monsoon season. Drink one teaspoon of honey, the juice of half a lemon in lukewarm water daily.
