- Kashi Vishwanath Temple
There is Shri Kashi Vishwanath Temple in Uttarkashi. The idol of Lord Shiva is in this temple, which is situated on the banks of the Bhagirathi river. Devotees, in a large number, from all around the world come to Baba’s court and pay their prayers. Also, you can see the mountains around the Bhagirathi river which increases the charm of the place.
- Kuteti Devi
This temple is dedicated to Kuteti Devi. Kuteti Devi is the form of Maa Durga and is worshipped in this temple. This temple is situated on the summit of Hari Parvat. It is believed that the temple was built by the daughter and son-in-law of Maharaja Kota. The local people have immense faith in Kuteti Devi.
- Maneri Dam
Maneri Dam is situated on the Bhagirathi River. There is also a power station here, which is Maneri Bhali Hydroelectric Project. This project was established in the year 1960. The dam was completed in 1984. Locals come to Maneri Dam for picnics and boating.
