Based on the Baojun 530 , The Cheapest Luxury SUV – MG Hector is the first internet-connected 5G SUV in its segment. Hector’s booking started earlier this month and it can be booked by paying just 50 thousand. The company itself says that the bookings of Hector have reached above 10 thousand. On the other hand, if you compare it with Tata Harrier, Jeep Compass XUV500 and Creta, then Hector’s base variant is the cheapest.
The petrol variant of the MG Hector is Rs 1 lakh cheaper than the Tata Harrier, while the Harrier has been launched with a diesel engine only. At the same time, the prices of Hector Diesel are around the Tata Harrier. On the Hector, the company will get an unlimited warranty of 5 years, free roadside assistance for 5 years and free labor charges during service for 5 years. The company has launched Hector in 4 variants, that is, Style, Super, Smart and Sharp.

Talking about the features of the base variants of Hector, then all the variants will get features like ABS, EBD, 4 wheel disc brake, dual front airbags, ORVM LED indicators, halogen projector headlamps and LED DRLs as standard. The exterior will get roof rails, LED indicators, steel wheels, rear spoiler, skid plates at the front and rear.
