Vaishnava Narayanastra is the most dangerous weapon similar to Pashupati Astra. There is no retaliation for this Narayana-Astra. No power in the world can compete against this arrow. There is only one retaliation and that is that the enemy should leave the weapon and surrender himself humbly. Wherever it is, this arrow makes a difference only by going there. Use of Narayan Astra in Mahabharata
In the epic Mahabharat War, Ashwatthama became very angry when his father Dronacharya was killed by deception. He left a very terrible weapon “Narayana Astra” on the Pandava army. Then Krishna ran and pulled Bhima down on the chariot and also disarmed him.
