We have a habit of drinking water throughout the day, especially during summer. Reduce water intake before going to bed as it may force you to go to the bathroom in the middle of the night.
Drinking alcohol or other beverages is not the solution to sound sleep. Moreover, if you drink alcohol you can feel lazy the next day and maybe you get to wake up at night.
