Drink hot water
Hot water is very beneficial in winters. Along with controlling the amount of fat in the body by drinking warm water, digestion also remains healthy. If you feel any kind of sore throat, mix salt in warm water at night and gargle with it.
Apple vinegar
Drinking apple cider vinegar in winter along with hot water is very effective. Its acidic properties help in killing the bacteria from the throat. To remove sore throat, gargle by mixing one teaspoon salt and one teaspoon apple vinegar in one cup of warm water.
Decoction of basil (Tulsi)
To make a decoction of basil, boil 4 to 5 black pepper and 5 leaves of basil in a cup of water and make the decoction and drink this decoction. Drinking this while sleeping at night will be beneficial.
Drink turmeric tea instead of coffee in the morning
Turmeric is recognized for its medicinal properties. In Ayurveda, treating many diseases is also possible with the help of turmeric. Turmeric reduces inflammation and also cures inflammation and the common cold. So next time use some Ayurvedic turmeric tea instead of tea. You can also make turmeric tea at home. For this, add a cup of water in a pan, add turmeric, ginger, and cloves and boil it for 10 minutes. If you want to add milk to it, otherwise it can also be consumed like black tea.
Pranayama
According to Ayurveda, it is advisable to do Simhasan Pranaya to keep the throat fit. While doing this pranayama, bring your booties down while coming on the cat-cow position while moving your hips up. While doing this, take out your tongue while looking in front and exhale through your mouth rapidly. This pranayama keeps the throat clean and healthy.
Vitamin D
Full sunlight is not available in winter. Some people are not able to cope with the sun in summer, such people can also take plenty of vitamin D in this season. Vitamin D helps to maintain the health of bones and blood levels in the body.
Eat Amla
Amla is like nectar in the changing seasons and winter. Vitamin C is found naturally in it. Vitamin C is considered a good anti-oxidant, so its usefulness increases in winter.
Turmeric
Breathing problems often begin in winter. Mix a little turmeric in a cup of milk and heat it. It is a panacea for asthma, cough, cold, and fatigue. Taking blood mixed with turmeric and honey increases blood.
Garlic
Must eat garlic in winter, it contains a flavoring agent called ‘Allin’, which removes phlegm deposition.
Eat colorful vegetables
People keep healthy by eating colorful vegetables and fruits in winter, so increase the number of fruits and vegetables in the food. Vegetables like carrots, radish, tomatoes should be taken. These contain antioxidant elements, which help to flush out the toxins from the body.
Exercise is important
In winter, move your body slightly so that the body remains flexible. Go to the gym, do yoga. In this winter, sweating from the body is a bit difficult but exercising is very important.
Try to use meat
If you are a non-vegetarian and increase your consumption during the winter season, then take a look. This habit can pull you towards obesity. Especially with red meat, you should avoid it. Instead, you insist on chicken and fish.
