Decoction of basil (Tulsi)
To make a decoction of basil, boil 4 to 5 black pepper and 5 leaves of basil in a cup of water and make the decoction and drink this decoction. Drinking this while sleeping at night will be beneficial.
Drink turmeric tea instead of coffee in the morning
Turmeric is recognized for its medicinal properties. In Ayurveda, treating many diseases is also possible with the help of turmeric. Turmeric reduces inflammation and also cures inflammation and the common cold. So next time use some Ayurvedic turmeric tea instead of tea. You can also make turmeric tea at home.
