India is well known for its festivals. Every month Indians experience a new festival. The way peoples in India enjoy the festivals irrespective of race, religion, and caste is the most highlighting part of it. On the festive occasion, people use to wear new clothes, eat sweets, and meet each other. Also, the worship of God is also an undetachable part of our festivals.

For us, festivals mean a happening break from the stressfully and hectic day to day life. It means rejoicing your birth on the mother earth. However, every one according to their customs, and traditions enjoys the zeal of the festival. Moreover, the upcoming days are packed with a festive date in India. From Dhanteras to Bhai Dhooj, November 2020 is packed with festivals in India.

The list of the major festival in November 2020 in Indian are as follow

Karwa Chauth

This festival is famous for fast kept by ladies for the long life of their husbands. Moreover, this year Karwa Chauth is celebrated on Wednesday, 4th November 2020.

Ahoi Ashtami

Ahoi Ashtami is symbolized by the fast kept by ladies for their children. Also, the women who are expecting babies can also keep fast for their baby long and prosperous life. Moreover, this year Ahoi Ashtami is celebrated on Sunday, 8th November.

Dhanteras

Dhanteras is a quite popular festival in India for buying new items. However, in 2020 Dhanteras is celebrated on 13th November.

Diwali / Lakshmi Poojan

This can be list among India’s top festivals of the year. In Diwali, people lighten up Diyas and worship Lord Ganesha and Goddess Lakshmi. Also, in 2020 Diwali is celebrated on 14th November.

Govardhan Pooja

Govardhan Pooja is symbolized by worshiping Shree Krishna. It is celebrated on 15th November 2020.

Bhaiya Dooj

The festival of siblinghood, Bhaiya Dooj will be celebrated on 16th November 2020.

Chatt Puja

The festival of worship Chatt Maiya and Lord Sun will be celebrated on 20th November 2020.

Apart from all these many festivals also lies in the calendar month of November.

The festival has also started in winter. Everyone celebrates in successive festivals. On 12 November, from Dhanteras to Bhai Dooj, all such festive weeks are going to be enjoyed. Everyone looks forward to these festivals because this is the time of the year when everyone spends time together with their family and enjoys eating sweets and great food. But among all these people also fall victim to overeating, which affects their fitness. Also, in such conditions, it is extremely important to take care of fitness. As it is important for enjoying the festival. By adopting some simple tips in your routine, you can remove excess fat from the body. This will not affect your festival engagement and will also maintain your fitness.

Eat green tea 2 times a day

Often people fall prey to over-eating unknowingly during the festival. The effect of which is seen in his health. Unintentional over-eating can cause increased weight. So in such a time, you can use green tea to become fat from the body. Green tea detoxes the body and helps in removing harmful elements in the body. Before drinking green tea, remember to take it with food. Take it 1 hour after meals. To make it, take a cup of hot water and leave green tea in it. Then consume it.

Keep away from sweet things

If sweets are not eaten at festivals, it is not fun, but the greed to eat sweets can spoil your months of hard work on your fitness. So before eating anything, keep in mind that what you are eating will affect your health. Sweet works fast in increasing fat in the body, if someone wants to eat sweet, then eat it at home for him. At festivals, you can eat different types of sweets at home, such as homemade kheer, sweet but only in small quantities. So that your fitness is not affected.

Drink hot water

Drinking warm water is beneficial for the body. This causes body detox, as well as warm water, helps to keep blood circulation correct. Therefore, always drink hot water after eating. Consumption of hot water does not cause gas problems and at the same time, it also keeps the digestion process right. To burn fat from the body, drink hot water only. It helps in removing toxins from the body. Drinking hot water will be beneficial to reduce the effect of fried food eaten on festivals.

Eat dairy food in the food

To burn body fat, including dairy food in the diet, which contains calcium. Its intake can help in burning fat. Stopping ourselves from overeating during a festival season is always a difficult task. In which sometimes overeating occurs and it is not known at that time, but after some time, the effect of overeating starts appearing on health. So it is right to solve it on time.

Thus, following this diet plan is very useful for you in the festival season. This will not let your enjoyment of the festival down.
