Dehydration is the most common cause in developing stone in the kidney. If we don’t drink ample water, our kidney dehydrates. So, it results in the accumulation of stone particles (calcium, minerals, and other related articles). Also, too much or too little exercise, eating the calcium in large amount, consuming salt & sugar in high amount or infections can also result in the formation of the stone in the kidney. The risk of developing a kidney stone increases on eating fructose in higher proportion. Also, a diet rich in protein or glucose can support kidney stone formation. Avoiding these things can give be a precautionary measure against kidney formation.
Thus, its always better to avoid the situation at an early stage. As on early-stage, the stone can be cured of medicines only. However, at later surgery is the only method to remove the stone from the kidney.
