Green Tea is made from Camellia Sinensis buds and leaves. The difference between the normal tea and green tea is that unlike normal or black tea, it does not undergo the oxidation and withering process. Green Tea as a rich source of polyphenols is an anti-oxidants and anti-inflammatory beverage. Thus, it is regarded as a beneficial beverage for heart and blood also.
