The heart is the essential organ of the human body. Without a working heart, one cannot survive a single second. Also, as the busyness in life increases the chances of heart attack also increases. Although many times the heart attack is not a common phenomenon. It always gives early signs to humans. But we always avoid these early symptoms of heart attack. If we are able to detect these early signs we can reduce the chances of getting a heart attack all of a sudden.
In this polluted, artificial, and hectic environment, people from an early age are having a heart attack. The fat included food and the improper diet habit add to the chances. The main cause of heart attack is blockage of veins which supply impure blood to our heart. The heart helps in purifying. The blood of our body. So by pumping, the heart intakes the impure blood and gives out pure blood. Many time due to unhealthy food habit, our veins gets choked. Thus the heart has to pump more to get the blood to the heart. This can cause over functioning of the heart. This results in a heart attack.

Pain in other organs such as hands, mouth, stomach, and back from the heart.
Continuous sweating.
Feeling dizzy or upset every time.
Feeling like vomiting all day long.
Difficulty in breathing.
Feeling restless.
Pain on Chest.
Breathing rapidly while coughing.
So, don’t avoid these early symptoms of a heart attack. Its always better to consult the doctor if you feel that you are having such symptoms.
