1. Try to do yoga at home. Also chanting “Om” will relax your mind, body, and soul. But don’t do too much as it can harm you.
2. Eat ginger and Tulsi frequently. This will help in boosting immunity and fighting from the disease.
3. Avoid eating rancid and street food. Always eat freshly prepared homemade food.
4. Avoid going out of the house. In this COVID era try to be at home only. Even if will get upset at home, don’t try to go outside.
5. Always wear a mask while going outside for any urgent work or meeting others.
6. Wash your hand every time you touch anything whether it is outside food items.
7. Drink More water
8. Eat Green and fresh vegetable and food items with Vitamin C.
9. Drink Ayurvedic Kada and consult your doctor for helpful advice.
