If someone is unable to take a good nap, the whole day will ruin. You can’t work properly and headache is one of the common problems that can occur. So, the major yoga poses for Sound Sleep are:-
Viparita Karani or Legs-up-the-wall pose
This yoga pose helps in relaxing the mind and nerves so that one can get a good sleep.
Hastapadasana or Standing forward bend
This yoga pose helps in increasing blood supply, relaxing the nervous system by making the spine supple, and stretching back muscles.
Marjariasana or Cat stretch
This is the best pose for a good tight sleep. It helps in improving the digestive system by giving a gentle massage to your digestive organs. Thus it results in the relaxation of the mind and its nerves.
Baddhakonasana or Butterfly pose
This poses stretch knees, inner thighs, and groin which results in removing fatigue from the body.
Shishuasana or Child Pose
It facilitates the sleeping process of the body by providing calmness to the mind.
