Walnut is one of the most beneficial dry fruit that we usually eat. Round or brain-shaped dry fruit comes with great health benefits. Also, it is one of the major health concerning dry fruit. Moreover, the daily consumption of Walnuts is very beneficial for our health. How eating walnut daily can help in improving your health. Although, some of the health benefits of Walnut include:-

1. Antioxidants

Walnut is a rich source of antioxidants. It reduces the oxidative damage of the body. Also, the daily consumption of Walnut helps in fighting your body against bad Cholesterol and helps in clearing your arteries.

2. Decrease Inflammation

Inflammation can cause heart disease, Alzheimer’s, cancer, and Type 2 Diabetes. Walnut which is a rich source of ALA Omega-3, Amino acid, magnesium helps in decreasing Inflammation.

3. Rich Source of Omega 3S

Walnut is a rich source of Omega 3s fat. One serving of Walnut includes 2.5 grams Omega 3s to that of 28 grams. Alpha-Linolenic acid from Walnut helps in reducing the risk of heart disease.

4. Reduce Cancer Risk

Walnut reduces the risk of certain types of cancer including colorectal, breast, and prostate cancer. Due to its richness of Polyphenol ellagitannins, that helps in the production of Urolithins. These Urolithins are having an anti-inflammatory process.

5. Promotes Healthy Gut

Walnut is a rich source of health-promoting microbes and bacteria that are beneficial for a healthy living. Moreover, this in turn helps your body in reducing the risk of getting infected by several diseases.

6. Improves Blood Fats

Daily consumption for walnut in the morning helps in fighting against Triglycerides and Bad Cholesterol LDL of the body. This will help in decreasing heart disease risk.

7. Good Brain Functioning
