Health Benefits of Kadi Patta comes with an amalgam of Vitamin C, Vitamin A, B, and E along with calcium, fiber, carbohydrates, iron, magnesium, copper, and phosphorous. Apart from these minerals, it also contains antioxidants, amino acids, flavonoids, plant sterols, and glycosides. It is an Ayurvedic medicine that helps in overcoming gastric problems and indigestion problems too. Chewing curry leaves can help in overcoming various indigestion problems.
