We will find the vaccine for COVID 19 soon and get free from the handcuffs of this pandemic. We will then start our life happily and the same as before.
Waiting eagerly for that day!
Well, I am not here to talk about COVID 19 or Corona Pandemic, I know, we all will recover from it soon, but there is another Pandemic which is also in the stage of Community Spread and we have failed to find out its vaccine.
Yes, you read it right, Depression.
One of the most dangerous diseases, many people are dealing with. I know, presently the conditions are such that we feel down, lose our pleasure, in a deep state of sadness, but carrying them for long may cause depression.
To be very honest, there are no medicines for Depression; Whatever doctors prescribed is only for good sleep and nothing more. Actually, this is a disease that can not be treated with medicines or vaccines. There is only a way to treat it, and that is “Support”.
Yes, you read it right, Support.
The hassle world of the 21st century doesn’t offer anyone quality time or free time to interact with others, but that doesn’t mean, you can’t try to make time for yourself and others.
Try to be in contact with the people who care for you and who are dealing with many problems or issues. Listen to them and support them. Don’t make fun of their sadness or the feeling of Depression.
Understand the need of your dear ones and try to fulfill them in the best way you can. Support others in tough times and make them understand the worth of life.
Read it Carefully,
“Only You Can Help the Person Suffering from Depression”
Also, if you are having any sorrow or anything that is troubling you, don’t let it stay in your heart. Speak it out with the person, you trust the most or the person who is there always for you. And, if you think, there is no one for you, then Speak it up with God loudly. Don’t expect from him to help you, just let him know your pain, but just speak up.
Read it Carefully,
“Only You Can Help Yourself Fighting With Depression”
In the end, I can just say, “Help the person who needs you, who trusts you“!

So aptly penned…
It is the need of the hour n it’s high time that we start considering mental health as important as physical health.
